INCENTIVE:

To completely heal and save Bellamy and the other "100" from the plague that has infected the camp and stave off the grounder's attack until they can properly defend themselves.

FIT: Octavia is fiercely loyal which is why she'd be perfect for this whole situation, trading something to help the people she loves, especially Bellamy. She doesn't have any hangups about sex or intimacy, she's been kept away from intimacy most of her life because of being an illegal child, hidden away. She wants to experience life and the world, new places. So Eudio is a great place for that as well.
CONSENT: Octavia understands consent, she's made her own decisions and making her own decisions/choices is very important to her, after living a whole life where other people (her brother and mom) made choices for her.
